Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
When you cancel your session 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment there will be no charge. We waive the cost of cancellations due to unforeseen emergencies. No shows are charged $50.00 for first no show and subsequent no shows are charged the full amount of the session.
We kindly ask that you communicate regarding sessions in support of clients who are on the wait list.

Do you do family coaching?
Yes, we do work with families for a variety of reasons, and one of which is reconciliation. Reconciliation is a very sensitive time and working with a professional in order to facilitate communication, forgiveness, ground rules and going forward is vital for success.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer service team with your order number.
